Over their careers, our two principals have worked on more than $3 billion of real estate transactions, including niche sectors such as manufactured housing, single-family rentals, agriculture and cell towers, and have assembled large portfolios from the ground up. William Bader

Previously, he was a member of the real estate private equity team at Apollo Global Management, focused on opportunistic acquisitions across industrial and manufactured housing, and before that an acquisitions analyst at Round Hill Capital. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University.
Kerim Saraoglu

Previously, he was a member of the real estate private equity team at Sculptor Capital Management, where he specialized in nontraditional asset classes such as land, single-family rentals, and cell towers. Prior to Sculptor, he worked at Waterfall Asset Management. Kerim holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University.
George Bader

Prior to MVP, he worked as an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey. George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Business Track) from Brown University.
